Core Services: Yoga

  • Ignite your strength, stamina, and focus, in this fast-paced, high-energy vinyasa class. Power Yoga combines athletic movement with breath-driven flow to build heat, enhance flexibility, and challenge both body and mind. 

  • Expect dynamic sequences, core work, and longer holds that push you to your edge—all set to an upbeat, motivating vibe. This class is perfect for those who want a workout and a practice, blending physical intensity with mindful awareness.

  • Some yoga experience is recommended, but modifications are always offered. 

Flex & Flow:

Perfect for those who have never practiced yoga before, or who want to deepen their understanding of the fundamental components of yoga. We will practice pranayama (breathing), asana (postures or poses) and get to know yoga from the foundations

Build & Breath:

  • This beginner friendly class focuses on the foundations of Yoga to deepen the connection between mind and body through foundational breath work and building an increased awareness of how the body reacts to movement. 

    • In this class you will find standing, seated, and reclined postures with slower and more gentle transitions, as well as basic strengthening holds and movements to increase flexibility and mobility.

    • This class is open to all levels of Yoga students, including those with no prior knowledge of yoga. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early if you have never tried yoga, or if you have any specific limitations or questions about the practice.

Foundations Flow I:

  • This intermediate level class builds on the foundations of Foundations Flow I practice deepening the mind-body connection, increase awareness through conscious breathing, and build a greater understanding of how the body and mind react to various stressors.

    • This class you will find standing, seated and reclined postures with an emphasis on smooth transitions, often at a higher pace with more demanding sequencing to focus on building strength and range of motion, in addition to flexibility and mobility.

    • The expectation for those who attend this class is a base level of flexibility and mobility that allows the student to move up and down from the floor unassisted with a moderate level of control, as well as a good general knowledge of basic yoga poses and concepts. It is recommended that the student arrives 10-15 minutes prior to class to address any questions, comments, or concerns to ensure that they have appropriate level of experience and ability to join the class.

Foundations Flow II:

  • This vinyasa Flow class is a dynamic, breath-centered practice that links movement and breath in a continuous, intentional sequence. Designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus, each class offers a unique blend of grounding postures, energizing sequences, and moments of mindful stillness.  

  • Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll be guided to move at your own pace, explore your edge safely, and cultivate a deeper connection between body, mind, and spirit. Expect creative flows, thoughtful transitions, and a balance of effort and ease—leaving you feeling both awakened and aligned. 

  • All levels welcome.  

Elevated Flow:

  • Move with intension and breath with awareness in this mindful, accessible vinyasa-style class. Slow Flow offers a gentler pace than traditional flow classes, allowing time to explore each posture, refine alignment, and fully connect a breath to movement. 

  • This class emphasizes fluid transitions, strength-building, and flexibility, all while cultivating inner calm and presence. It’s perfect for beginners looking to build a strong foundation or experienced students seeking a grounding, meditative practice. 

  • Perfect for:

  • Building strength with grace. 

  • Breath-centered movement. 

  • A calming, yet energizing experience. 

 

Expect to leave feeling centered, open, and renewed. 

Sweat & Stretch:

Slow down, relax, and renew with this gentle, therapeutic yoga class designed to calm the nervous system and encourage deep healing. In Restorative Yoga, postures are fully supported using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, allowing you to completely release tension and hold poses for extended periods—often 5-10 minutes each.  

  • This practice is ideal for all levels, including beginners, and is especially helpful for those recovering from stress, fatigue, or injury. Expect a quiet, meditative atmosphere that emphasizes breath awareness, stillness, and relaxation.   

  • Perfect for: 

  • Deep relaxation. 

  • Stress relief. 

  • Nervous system reset. 

  • A complement to more active practices. 

Come as you are—no experience required. 

Restorative Yoga:

An intentional heated flow blended with light sculpt intervals to build strength, stability, and deep body awareness. This class challenges the body while keeping connection to breath, control, and presence at the center.

You can expect mindful strength work, grounding movement, and moments of steady flow designed to leave you feeling strong, clear, and fully in your body, not depleted.

Perfect for anyone wanting to build tone, improve endurance, and reconnect to movement in a supportive, focused environment. (Ankle weights and light dumbbells welcomed)

Hot Flow Sculpt:

Chair Yoga is an excellent option for beginners, seniors, individuals with limited mobility or balance concerns, and anyone recovering from injuries. Most of the exercises take place while seated in a chair or standing with chair support. This class aims to boost your mobility, strength and flexibility, and it may also help to lower stress and improve pain management. Designed to be gentle and accessible, chair yoga uses a chair to support movements that are slow and controlled. 

For class it is recommended to wear comfortable clothing that lets you move freely and you can choose to either wear grippy socks or go barefoot.

Chair Yoga:

This is your invitation to turn inward and cultivate balance and harmony. Each 60-minute class begins with 15 minutes of breath work, followed by 45 minutes of guided meditation. Every session explores a unique theme using visualization, mantras, affirmations, and body-scan meditation techniques to encourage calm, peace, and overall well-being. 

Mind over Mat:

During the family yoga class you can expect a fun, joyful and peaceful way to move together mindfully. We begin with thoughtfully tuning in, followed by a fun, mindful, playful and meditative practice that includes postures, partner poses, games, stories and group poses. Great for introducing kids of all ages to the practice and benefits of yoga, breath work and meditation. All family dynamics welcome!

Family Yoga:

An innovative and sensory-rich way to practice yoga using technology to create a fully engaging environment. It blends movement, visuals, and sounds to deepen the physical, mental, and emotional impact of the yoga practice. 

  • Practicing Vinyasa on a virtual beach at sunrise. 

  • Flowing through poses inside a serene forest or mountain temple. 

  • Moving in sync with celestial or abstract visuals that represent breath, energy or chakra flow. 

  • Perfect for: 

  • Enhanced focus. 

  • Deeper relaxation through calming visuals and ambient sound. 

  • Increased engagement for beginners. 

  • Novelty factor that makes yoga fun and memorable. 

  • Story-driven or themed practices such as chakra journeys, and elemental yoga. 

3D Immersive Yoga:

We’ll apply postures, breathing, and meditation to help soothe the challenges of pregnancy. This class prepares expectant mothers for both delivery and postpartum recovery. Yoga has been shown to help alleviate many of the common complaints that occur during pregnancy such as: heartburn, swelling, back pain. This class brings a deep awareness and sense of joy at experiencing the natural changes that occur during the journey of pregnancy. Open level. Please call studio if interested.

Core Services: Fitness 

This class combines Pilates-based movements with strength training and short surges of cardio for a powerful, full-body workout. Expect a steady burn, moments of intensity, and a motivating playlist that keeps you moving. This class builds strength, improves endurance, and leaves you feeling energized, challenged, and strong.

Sculpt & Surge:

This class is a high-energy workout that combines dumbbells and bodyweight exercises to build full-body strength and muscular endurance. Expect dynamic circuits, functional movements, and a motivating atmosphere that keeps you moving with purpose. All fitness levels are welcome and exercises are easily scaled so beginners feel supported and experienced athletes stay challenged.

Build & Burn:

This class consists of some simple and high energy JAM routines combined with segments of toning and strength. We typically use light weights and a resistance band for a full body dance fitness party. You’ll leave this class with a dance party high, while feeling so strong!

 

  • Night Club dance party with some of your favorite music including hip hop, pop, and more. You don’t need to be able to dance or have rhythm to have a good time in class. JAM is so fun, while being easy to follow! No moves are wrong moves here!

Pump Up the Jam:

Strengthen, stabilize, and move with intention in this full-body Pilates experience designed to align your body from every angle. Pilates Align 360 blends classical Pilates principles with modern functional movement to enhance posture, core control, flexibility, and total-body awareness. 

 

  • Using a mix of mat work, props (bands, balls, and light weights), and targeted exercises, this class helps you build balanced strength and improve mobility—supporting you both on the mat and in daily life. 

 

Come prepared to move with focus, feel your muscles in a whole new way, and leave standing taller. 

Mat Pilates:

This class blends ballet-inspired movement with serious strength work—giving you a low-impact, high burn workout that sculpts, tones, and challenges your entire body. Tiny movements, BIG results! We focus on form, control, and balance using the barre—so every move works. No wasted effort here. No rhythm required. No experience needed. Just show up. Come see why everyone gets hooked after one class.

BARRE:

Don’t let the small movements fool you…this class burns. We’re dialing in on those hard-to-reach, deep muscles that create long, lean definition—the kind that shows up when you lift your arms, stand taller, and feel stronger in everything you do. This is precision work. Control. Form. Focus.

We blend:

  • Barre technique

  • Pilates strength

  • Yoga Flow

  • Tabata-style bursts

BARRE Sculpt:

We kick things off with a quick warm-up, then jump straight into powerhouse intervals designed to build strength boost cardio and sculpt your entire body.

  • 20 seconds of work

  • 10 seconds of rest

  • 8 rounds per circuit.

We move through 8 different styles with a full minute to rest between—keeping things fresh, fun, and seriously effective, and just when you think you are done…we finish with a core round that ties it all together. Modifications are always available—but make no mistake, this class meets you where you are and pushes you forward. Full body. Core Focused. Results driven. Show up and put in the work—your body will thank you later. Wear shoes for this class.

Tabata:

This class is all about sculpting strong, defined legs and building that lifted, toned backside—using a mix of cardio and targeted strength work that hits exactly where you want it. We burn. We sculpt.

Ditch the workout—join the party! Zumba Fitness blends low- and high-intensity dance moves set to Latin and global rhythms for an interval-style, calorie-burning workout. This fun, easy-to-follow class delivers a total-body workout that improves cardio endurance, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. Get ready to boost your energy, burn calories, and leave feeling amazing.
